Are you feeling depressed? Anxious? Having difficulty in a relationship? At especially challenging times, we all need guidance and assistance in healing ourselves. In therapy, I like to take a compassionate yet direct approach to help you identify practical solutions to life's challenges. Once you've identified goals, it is my mission to support and empower you in reaching them.
My therapeutic repertoire allows me to draw from various modalities to best meet your individual needs. You have the ability to heal your life!
Throughout my clinical experience I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, residential programs, in-home therapy, and private practice. This has provided me with invaluable training in areas including relationships, bereavement, oncology, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, infant/child mental health, depression, sexuality, and self-esteem.
In addition to traditional therapy I prefer to take a holistic approach. Your emotional, physical, and mental health are all related.

Vanessa Garcia is a Registered Dietitian and specializes in intuitive eating and eating disorder recovery. She uses a non-diet approach with her clients that struggle with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and mindless or emotional eating.
Vanessa practices an "all foods fit" and a Health At Every Size® philosophy. Additionally, she uses Integrative and Functional Nutrition modalities to serve as complementary medicine.
Food is such a big part of everyone's lives, and it’s easy to often get mixed signals from our day-to-day lives about what someone "should" and "shouldn't" be eating and doing. Vanessa’s passion is to help individuals discover what works best for them, sustainable health practices, and what will help them develop the food and body confidence they have always deserved.

Jill Loughery is a licensed acupuncturist in both Florida and Pennsylvania, with over 11 years of experience. In Pennsylvania, she had a private practice as well as working for a very large hospital group. While there, she developed their policies and procedures manual. She instituted community-style acupuncture, where groups of people were treated at the same time. Jill also was part of a multi-disciplinary team that won a multi-million dollar grant to provide free services to addicts.
Jill treats neck, back, knee pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, insomnia, infertility and the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Acupuncture has proven to be an important tool in treating addiction of any kind, including drug, alcohol, opioid and food addictions. Anxiety and depression respond well to this treatment. Acupuncture can be used for facial rejuvenation, as an alternative to botox.

When I moved to Florida in July of 1992 I was working for Frank’s Nursery and Crafts. During my time at Frank’s I received an injury to my left shoulder.
During my many months of doctor visits and physical therapy, I began to learn about my body and how it can heal itself with the proper help. Because of the pain in my shoulder I had to change jobs twice so I would not have to put so much stress on my shoulder.
At this time I found that I could relieve my own pain better than any of the doctors or therapists were able to.
I made the decision to go to massage school and to change the direction of my life. I attended and graduated Boca Raton Institute and after long studies I passed the Florida State Board of Massage test and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida.
Many years since, I have had the pleasure of massaging many famous people and have wonderful clients in my practice. It is such a tremendous feeling to be able to make someone feel better just by doing something that I enjoy!
